Think you know Super Smash Bros. beyond the characters on screen? Randle turns that knowledge into a word puzzle. Each guess reveals color clues, while the answer could come from almost any corner of the Smash scene.

WHAT IS RANDLE?

Randle is a Wordle-style game built around Super Smash Bros. and its competitive community. Answers may relate to characters, players, major tournaments, techniques, or stages. That theme gives you another way to narrow down a word when the letter clues alone leave several possibilities.

Randle offers numbered daily puzzles and an ∞ mode for playing more rounds. You can also use the navigation arrows or calendar to return to earlier puzzles.

HOW TO PLAY RANDLE

Look at the number of tiles in a row before you start: the answer length changes between puzzles. Type a word with the matching number of letters using your keyboard or the on-screen keys, then press Enter.

After each valid guess, the tiles change color:

• Green: The letter is in the answer and in the correct position.
• Yellow: The letter is in the answer but belongs in another position.
• Gray: The letter is not in the answer.

Use each result to refine your next guess. Keep green letters where they are, move yellow letters, and consider other letters for the gray tiles. You win when you uncover the full word before filling the board.

Daily Puzzles and Randle ∞

The numbered puzzle gives you a challenge for the day. If you want to explore previous challenges, use the arrows or calendar at the top of the game. Select ∞ when you want to keep playing new rounds.

The settings also include Hard Mode, which requires you to use revealed hints in subsequent guesses, along with Dark Mode and High Contrast Mode. In ∞ mode, you can find word options associated with different Smash games, including Melee, Brawl, and Ultimate.

Tips for Solving the Word

Start with a guess containing several different letters to gather more clues. Check the board’s width before every new puzzle, and think beyond character names: a familiar tournament, player, stage, or technique might fit the pattern.
